Well. Weirder shit had happened.

After picking Michel up, Michael had world hopped them back to Earth. He didn't take them to any of the large cities - it would be all to easy for something to go wrong and for him to get caught - but instead took him to the same place Nena had dragged him shopping in California. It had seemed safe enough.

Michael pushed his way into the mall, figuring Michel wouldn't be too far behind]

[Michel takes notice of Michael's situation and heads his flag over to him.] I have an idea if you're up for it.

[He makes sure that both the Exia and the Dynames haven't moved from their position. Like he thought, they're playing the defensive and staying on guard] If you bring your Gundam to target range, I can snipe him. And then we'll team up on mine.

And how exactly am I supposed to do that if they're not following? [But he attacks Exia regardless, hoping to drive it in Michel's direction.

They've actually gathered a bit of a crowd behind them, some kids in awe that they've lasted this long, other disgruntled that they seem to be hogging the game.] Hey, looks like your fangirls have showed up, Michel. You better give them a show.

Try not to die and I'll be able to put on a show. [Michel positions himself, making sure that both Michael and the Exia are in view. Like Alto, Michael's surprisingly good at getting the target into range. As the Exia retaliates, Michel easily locks on to the Gundam's head and fires twice. The kids circling around them cheer.]

[Michael could have sworn that he actually heard a few people behind him swoon at that. They get a spectacular visual of Exia blowing up that Michael can't help but admire, and then he turns his attention on Dynames] So am I the bait again this time or is it your turn?

Ha, sounds risky. I think we should just double-team him. [Because while sniping a sniper probably sounds ideal, last he remembered, Michael didn't have much health. If Michael died, Michel wouldn't stand a chance on his own. So sending him off as bait again would be disadvantageous to both of them.]

Also, I think whoever deals the final blow gets the privilege of calling themselves the winner.

Well, when you put it that way... [Michael takes off after Dynames, staying out of its line of sight to avoid being sniped. He knows he won't be able to get in close without being taken out, and truth be told, he's kinda interested in seeing how they work together.] We're gonna have to attack at the same time.

Sounds fair. [Michel follows after Michael and manages to catch up to his side. He wonders if they'll pull it off, but Michel has been pretty impressed with Michael so far. Michael has shown a lot of skill and even though the piloting on the game isn't difficult or created for real simulation purposes, Michel still kind of wonders how Michael managed to be on par with an actual pilot.

He stops thinking about it and returns his focus to the task at hand.] I'm ready when you are.

[Michael's having too much fun to worry about his cover story.] I'm left. You go right. [He grins] Try not to die.

[He takes off, and immediately Dynames fires at him. He dodges the first three shots, counting on Michel to do his part, lands a shot of his own. He knows that Dynames will have to move soon, and that's when the fun will begin.]

Ha, you too. [After Michael fires his shot, the Dynames keeps its focus on him. Michel takes this as a chance to attack and manages to decrease the Gundam's life substantially. However, despite that, the Dynames is still going strong and starts to move from its position.]

Wow, if we weren't trying to destroy the guy, I'd actually like to shake his hand. [Even in the last moments of battle, Michel is pretty impressed by this sniper...]

You can jerk off over him later. [Michael grunts as he gets hit and his seat rocks with the force of it. His poor health bar...] If I die because you were too busy admiring his gun, I'm gonna leave you here.

[He flies around behind the Gundam as it turns on Michel and attacks with his plasma sword before darting away, knocking off another chunk of life.]

Don't worry, I'm not that impressed. [However, Michael has a point, if Michel doesn't deliver another critical blow it'll literally be game over. Presently, Michel has a larger health bar than Michael's so he has a better chance of pulling off his attack. Michel takes out his plasma sword and charges, managing to stab the Dynames. He then retracts the sword, sustaining a bit of damage on himself and flies off... hoping they're will be some kind of explosion.]

I guess that's over now. [Hopefully]
